Canada's Edge loses WWE championship to John Cena at Unforgiven pay per view

John Cena defeated World Wrestling Entertainment champion Edge at the Unforgiven pay-per-view Sunday night, winning the title right in the Canadian's own backyard.

Cena won a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match to end the title reign of the Orangeville, Ont., native in front of a packed house at the Air Canada Centre.

However, Toronto native Trish Stratus did give the crowd something to cheer about. She won the women's title in her retirement match with a victory over Lita.
