German Olympic hopeful wrestler paralyzed after fall

German wrestler Martin Kittner was paralyzed after breaking his neck in a fall over the weekend.

The 28-year-old Kittner broke two vertebrae, the German Wrestling Union said Wednesday.

Kittner was a candidate for Germany's Olympic team for the 2008 Beijing Games.
