Canada drops first match to Cuba at 2006 Azteca Cup

The Canadian women's volleyball team lost 3-1 to Cuba Saturday in their first match at the inaugural Azteca Cup .

Set scores were 22-25, 21-25, 25-18 and 25-27.

Tasha Holness of Calgary led Canada with 20 points and 13 kills, while Emily Cordonier of Vancouver added 13 points and 12 kills.

Canada plays the United States on Sunday.
