PSV Eindhoven got four late goals
Sunday to capture a 4-1 victory over Roda JC in the Dutch First
Division soccer action.
Davy de Fauw gave Roda the lead in the fourth minute, but PSV
substitute Jefferson Farfan tied the score in the 75th.
Two minutes later, Farfan set up Brazilian defender Alex for
PSV's second goal, and substitutes Ismail Aissati and Roy Beerens
added goals in injury time to stretch PSV's unbeaten home record to
29 games.
PSV is third overall with 16 points, two behind league-leader
Ajax and one away from AZ Alkmaar. Both Ajax and AZ won Saturday _
Ajax beat FC Groningen 3-2 and AZ blanked Sparta Rotterdam 2-0.
Feyenoord, struggling in seventh place with 11 points, tied 2-2
with RKC Waalwijk. Ali Boussaboun and Theo Lucius for Feyenoord,
while Martijn Reuser and Patrick van Diemen scored for RKC.
Also, Heracles Almelo beat SC Heerenveen 1-0 and FC Utrecht edged
Excelsior Rotterdam 1-0.
Ramos da Silva Everton scored a 34th-minute penalty for Heracles
Almelo, while Cederic van der Gun scored a first-half goal for FC
Utrecht.
In other games, it was: ADO The Hague 1, FC Twente 2; NAC Breda
0, NEC Nijmegen 2; and Vitesse Arnhem 1, Willem II 0.
