Audia Sullivan's goal early in the match stood up, while Venicia Reid added another goal to lead Jamaica to a 2-0 victory over Panama on Sunday night in a CONCACAF Women's Gold Cup quarter-final match.
Jamaica still has not allowed a goal in six matches of Gold Cup play and has outscored opponents 38-0.
The victory advanced Jamaica to the Gold Cup semifinal against Canada on Wednesday at Carson, Calif. Canada and the United States, which won the previous Gold Cup titles in 2000 and 2002, earned byes into the semifinal round.
Jamaica struck quickly on Sullivan's goal in the third minute. Sullivan successfully converted on a 15-yard shot, which eluded goalkeeper Lineth Benis and landed inside the left post.
Phanilka Evans had Panama's best scoring opportunity of the first half when her free kick from 22 yards sailed high above the crossbar in the 42nd minute.
Reid took advantage of a lapse in the Panamanian defence to score Jamaica's second goal in the 58th minute. With Panama unable to clear a pass, Reid found a loose ball in the six-yard area to beat Benis with a shot inside the right post.
But Reid will not play in the semifinals after being ejected along with Evans for an altercation in the 85th minute.
Paula Jackson made four saves in the final 15 minutes to help Jamaica extend its shutout streak.
