West Ham has promoted Keith Peacock to be assistant to manager Alan Pardew.

Peacock replaces Peter Grant, who became Norwich's new manager on Tuesday.

Peacock used to be West Ham's first team coach. He was in turn replaced by Kevin Keen, who has been promoted from reserve team coach.

``I have always promoted from within, and I am delighted to be able to offer these new roles to Kevin and Keith,'' West Ham manager Alan Pardew said. ``It will enable us to move on very quickly from Peter's departure and ensure that the transition is a smooth one. ``
