Cody Jamieson had three goals and two assists as the Arrows Express earned a 16-4 victory over the Edmonton Miners Thursday to advance to the semifinal of the Minto Cup lacrosse tournament.
The Arrows Express will face the defending Minto Cup champion Burnaby Lakers on Friday. The winner takes on the Peterborough Lakers in Saturday's championship game.
Cody Jacobs had three goals for the Arrows Express, while Isaiah Kicknosway-Loucks added two goals and one assist and Tory Gardner scored twice. Hughie Johnson-Jerome Thompson and Craig Point all had one goal and three assists, Jeremy Thompson and Corey Stringer had one goal and two assists and Dave Ellis added a single goal.
Andy Kent led the Miners with two goals and one assist.
