Kootenay Ice scores four power play goals to beat Kelowna Rockets 5 1

The Kootenay Ice scored four power-play goals in a 5-1 win over the Kelowna Rockets in Western Hockey League action Saturday.

Ice (1-6-0-1) forward Ben Maxwell and defenceman Chad Greenan each had three assists.

Clayton Bauer, Tylan Stephens, Arnaud Jacquemet, Steve DaSilva and Dustin Sylvester scored for Kootenay. Taylor Dakers stopped 19 shots.

The Rockets lone goal was from Kirt Hill. The Rockets (3-3-0-0) have scored one goal in their last three games. Kristofer Westblom also made 19 saves.
