Daniel Spence made 24 saves to lead the Calgary
Hitmen to a 2-0 shut-out victory over the Lethbridge Hurricanes in
Western Hockey League action Sunday afternoon.
After a scoreless first period, Keegan Dansereau and Carson
McMillan tallied goals for Calgary (4-3-0-0) in the middle frame.
Spence then blocked all 10 shots he faced in the third period to
preserve the shutout.
For Lethbridge (4-2-1-1), netminder Justin Leclerc stopped 40 of
42 saves to see his record fall to 3-1-2.
