Matt Halischuk can't stop scoring.
The Kitchener Rangers forward scored a hat trick in Saturday's
8-2 victory over the Oshawa Generals.
Halischuk has scored nine goals in four games. It's the most
goals scored in a points streak in the Ontario Hockey League this
season.
The Mississauga, Ont., native is placed fifth overall in streaks
standings.
Elsewhere in OHL action Saturday, it was: Saginaw 6, Owen Sound
3; Barrie 3, Ottawa 1; and Sarnia 6, Erie 1.

the Kitchener Rangers to a 8-2 victory over the Oshawa Generals in
Ontario Hockey League action Saturday.
Nick Spaling, Jakub Kindl, Jean-Michel Rizk, Kevin Henderson and
Victor Oreskovich added one each for the Rangers (4-6-0-2).
John Tavares and Brett Parnham accounted for Oshawa's (3-6-0-1)
goals.
John Murray made 38 saves for the win.
Carlo DiRienzo allowed four goals in ten minutes before being
replaced by Anthony Peters, who stopped 18 shots.

Matt Caria and Justin Donati both scored
hat tricks as the Toronto-St. Michael's Majors beat the Kitchener
Rangers 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday.
The Majors scored twice in the first 3:28 of play, causing
Kitchener to pull goaltender John Murray. Mark Packwood finished the
game, stopping 19 shots.
Wayne Savage made 34 saves for the Majors (7-6-0-0).
Matt Halischuk, Jean-Michel Rizk, and Victor Oreskovich put away
one each for the Rangers (3-6-0-2).

Bradley Snetsinger scored in regulation and in the shootout and Anthony Guadagnolo made 44 saves to lead the Windsor Spitfires to a 3-2 win over the Kitchener Rangers in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.
Greg Nemisz added a goal for the Spitfires (2-4-1-1).
Brian Soso and Victor Oreskovich replied for the Rangers (3-4-0-1), who failed to score on both shootout attempts.
Mark Packwood stopped 18 shots in a losing effort.

Jean-Michel Rizk's goal with less than a second remaining in the second period was the game-winner in the Kitchener Rangers' 3-2 victory Monday over the Guelph Storm.
Rizk beat Storm netminder Thomas McCollum with just six-tenths of a second showing on the clock. Victor Oreskovich and Nick Spaling added first-period goals for the Rangers (3-4-0-0), with Oreskovich adding an assist to take over the team lead with seven points.

Matt Auffery scored the only shootout goal as the Kitchener Rangers slipped by the Erie Otters 5-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Wednesday.
Auffery also scored one in regulation while Matt Halischuk had two and Kevin Henderson also had one goal for the Rangers (2-3-0-0). Kitchener's goalie John Murray made 23 saves in regulation and stopped three more in the shootout.

League action Sunday.
