Both Green Bay and Philadelphia were without their starting running backs for Monday night's game, with Ahman Green and Brian Westbrook both deactivated with injuries.
Westbrook, still bothered by a sore knee, leads the Eagles with 256 yards rushing and three touchdowns, and has caught 15 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns. He first hurt his knee during a practice about 2{ weeks ago and has practised on a limited basis since then.
Green leads the Packers with 215 yards rushing. Green strained his hamstring earlier this week and sat out practice on Saturday.
Also, Eagles cornerback Lito Sheppard missed his third straight game since injuring his ankle during the first series of their season opener. Cornerback Rod Hood also was deactivated with a heel injury.
